Refund Policy
Mr CGI Guy provides software in source code format, because of that we DO NOT generally offer refunds after the scripts
have been downloaded.
By purchasing any product or service from Mr CGI Guy, you agree to the following conditional
refund policy.
Refunds will be provided up to 7 days after purchase ONLY for the following reasons:
1. The script simply can not be run on your web server. * This means, you've contacted me, and not even I can get it to run.
2. The script doesn't function as described.
3. You're dying and need the money back to pay medical expenses. Hey, if this is happening
to you, I'll be more than happy to send you your money back. I might even kick a few extra bucks
back with my well wishes.
Install Fees and custom development fees are NON REFUNDABLE!
Regardless of whether or not the script ends up running,
if I have to provide this service, my time can not be returned to me.
Refunds given on scripts installed free of charge by Mr CGI Guy will be deducted a $30 service charge.
Mr CGI Guy Reserves the right to change this policy without notice.
* Mr CGI Guy does not offer refunds due to the script being banned by your server for any reason.
Some hosts overload their servers with virtual accounts and are very very quicky to ban scripts that
use text files. It is your responsibility to secure a good web host that allows you to run scripts without
strict restrictions. Refunds are not offered on package deals if the scripts have been downloaded.
